<p>2. Men cruising for illegal purposes can be charged with public<br />
indecency, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct or even solicitation<br />
for prostitution.</p>

operations, and undercover police do not have to tell you that they are<br />
the police.</p>
<p>4. Court records and court hearings are open to the public.</p>
<p>5. If charged with a crime, consult an attorney about your rights.</p>
<p>6. Being charged with a crime may seriously affect your job and your family.</p>
<p>7. Criminal charges can be reported in the newspaper or on TV.</p>
<p>8. A conviction can result in jail time, fines, probation, and a criminal record.</p>
<p>9. Would you choose to forego your legal rights because you are too<br />
embarrassed to defend yourself…even if you feel you are innocent?</p>
<p>10. First time offenders may be eligible to have their criminal records expunged.</p>
