2. Men cruising for illegal purposes can be charged with public
indecency, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct or even solicitation
for prostitution.3. Police are legally allowed to conduct undercover sting
operations, and undercover police do not have to tell you that they are
the police.4. Court records and court hearings are open to the public.
5. If charged with a crime, consult an attorney about your rights.
6. Being charged with a crime may seriously affect your job and your family.
7. Criminal charges can be reported in the newspaper or on TV.
8. A conviction can result in jail time, fines, probation, and a criminal record.
