Stonewall Columbus Announces 3000 Steps

Stonewall Columbus is proud to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Over 100,000 marchers will take 3000 steps from Goodale Park to Bicentennial Park on Saturday June 24th. Each step is to support gay, lesbian and transgendered human equal rights. Supporters can contribute by pledging to walk or donating directly at 3000steps.com. This event generates over $10 million in tourism dollars for our state capital.

- People were actually arrested for being dressed in clothing that did not correspond with their biological gender
