Kaleidoscope Youth Center Seeking Executive Director

Kaleidoscope Youth Center, Inc. is searching for an Executive Director (“ED”) for our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Kaleidoscope is the only youth service organization in Ohio solely dedicated to meeting the needs of GLBTQ youth with both outreach programs as well as a drop in center.

The ED will be responsible for development, marketing and fundraising, community relations and communications, and oversight of programming, including the youth center.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of five years of nonprofit management experience, progressive nonprofit equivalent experience, or private sector experience in fundraising
• Financial management experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, including public speaking

Desired:

• Understanding of GLBTQ youth and GLBTQ community
• Experience with community advocacy and relations
• Leadership experience
• Fundraising experience
