Downtown for Democracy is proud to present acclaimed actor, writer, and director John Cameron Mitchell (of Hedwig and the Angry Inch) for a night of social, political, visual, and musical revelry on Friday, October 29th.Please join Downtown for Democracy, along with Ohio State’s GLBT Student Services, at Studio 35 (3055 Indianola Ave.) for a free screening of Hedwig and the Angry Inch at midnight. John will join the audience after the film for a Q+A session, in which he’ll discuss movies, politics, and how incredibly important it is to vote on Tuesday, November 2nd!

John will also be the very special guest DJ at BOOSH! - Downtown for Democracy’s Halloween costume party at Club Versace (40 E. Long St.) in downtown Columbus. Join D4D from 11PM - 2:30AM for dancing, free t-shirts and terrifying Republican costumes (SHREIK!). And don’t forget to dress up!
